Every day for the past week, at least once, I win something big and exciting. Apparently I was the billionth search today.
Pixel2 running newest android.
A tad annoying.
Pop-Up notification? E-mail? Text message?
If it's a pop-up notification, you have probably unwittingly hit 'allow' when a website has asked if you want to receive notifications (allow or block).
Are you using Chrome? If so:
- Open Chrome
- select the 3-button menu next to the address bar
- select Settings
- select Notifications
- select 'From websites'
- you can turn off all notifications with the on-off switch at the top or you can see which are blocked & allowed in the lists below
- it's probably one of the 'allowed' ones sending you these. You can select each item in turn & choose clear data & reset.....
It only appears to be stw that presents these pop ups again.
-if I thought a p would stop it I would but - it won't because there's still no way to remain logged in for any period of time more than a few minutes it seems
