Moral issue aside, is it actually illegal to use a voucher code for which one is not eligible?
An online retailer is offering a 10% discount to members of a healthcare provider. This is advertised, with the code, on the healthcare providers website. The T&C's of the healthcare provider refer only to those of retailer. The retailers T&C's do not appear to cover voucher codes. During the checkout process there's no requirement to provide evidence of membership, although obviously you enter sufficient personal information to allow the retailer to check (could they check?).
they're mistake not yours if they set it up in a way others couldtake advantage
if you aren't applicable then the order will get cancelled surely,
so I'd say it's on them to cross check i suppose
i had the same thought the other week about this as I ordered a subscription to empire magazine, half price offer to cineworld unlimited card users, at no point did it ask for membership identification
but i am a unlimited card holder so wasn't doing anything naughty like you are 🙂
