no idea. Dont nicknames usually come from some twisted collision of illogic and circumstance? To try and forcibly make one rather makes a nothing of it.

always a subject that reminds me of a twonk from Uni who called himself Gadget because he had all the toys (spoilt twonk, too). No one ever called him that, they did call him a lot of other stuff.

Nicknames aren't for self making. However, [url=

Davies does it funny.

I'm kinda happy with the one I was given/earnt, which also happens to be my username on most things, but I do like the idea of 'nobody' after all nobodies perfect......

I am known by my nicknames so much so I changed my name via deed poll to it, should be interesting at my wedding as no one really knows in my family.

One of my best friends who unfortunately is no longer with us once asked to be called doughnut. It was the most random thing ever. Here's to you doughnut (John)

My nickname used to be psycho on account of my short temper and perchance for being extremely unpredictable. I thought it was cool then but it was only as I grew up a bit and it followed me round I realised it was a bad thing.

So something nice.

Fluffy.

'Looper' would do nicely, based on recent evidence.

I have 3 (offical ones, not pure insults) depending on where you know me from, it's been entertaining over the years as mixed groups of friends discover I have more than one, but in all honesty I like my given name.

I knew a bloke who joined two separate motorcycle clubs.

Independently, they both nicknamed him 'Death Wish'.

This didn't seem to bother him, which I suppose said it all, really.

A friend is known by all as "the daddy". He's as wide as he is tall, a fine front row player and well known doorman. I don't know anyone else who could pull a nickname like that off, but it's the best I know of.
The only one I've ever had not derived from my family name was "Shoe".

Some more people I know...

Neon - Cause he once proudly declared he was 6 foot exactly. And he is a tube of a man...

10 to 2 - Cause when standing up straight his toes point out the way.

Bungalow Bill - He bought the first bungalow in the town, about 30 years ago...

Loads more when I have time.

Also had a mate at Uni who arrived complete with new nickname "Stacko", all became a bit embarrassing when we discovered a mate of his was also at Uni with us and said he had never heard it in all the 15 years he'd known the bloke.
