I'm probably eating way too many carbs and there is only so many Tuna salads one man can take.

What are you healthy folk eating these days?

Packet of crisps, a boiled egg, and some chicken.
No idea what the healthy folks are eating though.

Soup is good food...

Mrs Wombat's Thai Squash & Courgette is a particular favourite

Lots of vegetables, beans, nuts, grains, raw stuff, no meat. Organic. It's much less how much you eat, it's got far more to do with what you eat.

Choose less processed food, and you pretty much CAN'T eat too much.

I buy a bag of salad and 5 packs of cooked chicken breast on a Monday. Make it into a salad every day and dress with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Usually have a yoghurt as well.

Stirfrys, meat or fish, loads of veg, bit of sauce, no carbs, cook it and eat it for dinner, leftovers cold for lunch the next day

Sounds good. What do you have on Tuesday?

(Seriously though: pre-cooked chicken breast = healthy lunch?)

If it is bread for a whole meal, why do you need anything else with it? ๐Ÿ˜‰
