Started on this yesterday, is whey Protein in water allowed post-ride?

I've heard of them adding flouride to the water, but whey protein?

Putting aside the yays or nays for a second, why would one want whey protein after a ride? You doing bicep curls at the same time?

I think it is. Especially post-ride - insulin is your friend post-ride.

Although I don't think just a protein scoop will do you any favours post ride.

Add to some milk and fruit... chuck in a blender... voila... beefcake.

Or just take the protein and go for Double Depletion by training again later in the day to maximise your bodies fat burning potential?

Thanks 🙂 just trying to work out what to scoff down, we have some in the cupboard so it got me wondering.

There's jaffa cakes in the cupboard that're calling me, must resist...
