Eons ago the iDave diet wrought untold damage upon these very forums.

In order to prevent such carnage in the future the council of moderators banished the iDave to another dimension.

and there let it lie forever.

The diet didn't cause any damage at all.

I had a copy, but I went on a nice expensive holiday instead.

Surely you should get in touch with him and ask him for a copy, asking for a free copy isn't on. Plus I'm not sure anyone on here has one.

Even though he made it freely available in the first place. Anyhow, apply some common sense terms to google and get the RST version of the PDF on the first page of results.

He didn't charge for the diet, he took some money for training plans but due to dire personal circumstances never managed to get the plans out, and never gave refunds either.

Did he ever charge for the diet stuff?

Training plans I think. Nutrition etc may have been included of course, but the idiet was freely available.
