Regarding the Counting Crows cover of BYT, there are 104 covers of that one song, including Cheryl Baker and the Percy Faith Orchestra, plus loads who I just don’t recognise.
I do agree that one referred to is nowhere near as good as it could have been, I’m pretty sure that there are some true horrors in the linked list!
