A couple of meetings have cancelled so I've got a couple of hours to kill first thing tomorrow morning around Leek or Biddulph.
Any bike shops/decent cafes/buildings of great interest I can mooch around?
Cheers
drive out north towards Buxton a53 and take the Roaches turn off (left bottom of a roller coaster hill about 5 miles) park up and and walk up hill and enjoy

not read thru but some idea and up to the top and back with driving there will probably kill yr time
If youve ever been drinkin in either its obvious People have lost decades in leek and biddulph so a couple hours should be easy
Dress up as a spy and walk around looking suspicious.
Get a clipboard and go round door to door on a milf hunt, you never know your luck.
Strangely, cheekyboy seems to have my current job description down to a tee.....
I'd thought about the Roaches, but didn't fancy walking in my work stuff and/or bothering to change.
Looks like I'll have to raid the charity shops after all.....
Roaches is pretty muddy right now, depends on your work attire i guess. Otherwise Jodrell Bank is just up the road?
People have lost decades in leek and biddulph
no it's just that they're primitive backwaters so when you leave it feels like you've escaped to a modern world, where they don't burn witches, those that drive horseless carriages powered by devils or anyone with with only 5 digits on each hand.
actually take a zippo lighter, within a few minutes of making fire by magic the locals will worship you as a god you can waste a couple of hours making them sacrifice virgins (a leek girl that can run faster than her brothers) in your name
