We wear vinyl gloves when we box up our chocolates. Supplies are low and getting expensive.
Our other option are white cotton gloves but these have a seam right on the finger tips which makes gripping fiddly things difficult.
In your line of work do you have a thin ,washable , finger tip seam free glove?
I managed to pick up 3 boxes of vinyl gloves from my local Booker last week, worth a look
We've been given these to replace our disposable hard-to-come-by gloves.
Seam free on the fingers and washable, breathable backs. Imaginative naming...Skytec Ninja Lite!
They are rubbery and we have been given them to protect our skin so you'll have to check they are OK for food but I presume they are.

Screwfix KF120 gloves (they do them in M/L/XL for about £1.30 a pair), Toolstation do similar. Not quite as much feel as nitrile/latex types but still very thin, I find them fine for doing almost all fiddly bike jobs.
As a bike mechanic I wear these all day:
I have five pairs so I wear a new pair each day then wash them in the normal wash at the end of the week. They are thin and grippy enough that I can do anything that I can do with bare hands including manipulating the tiny screws in shifters etc. The five pairs last me a year, I suspect handling chocolates they would last a lot longer!
I used to use the Skytec ones above and they are great, but these ones last a lot longer.
