....had to shave it so that I could tape it up properly so that I could still train despite my hamstring injury. Question is - do I shave the other one?

A wee tip - make sure you dont miss the hairs right next to your gonads, because tape coming off those hurts a lot.

I say yes, to save time later on when you've hurt the good leg from training on the bad leg.

Shave the other otherwise you will just go round in circles when training because of the decreased wind resistance on the shaved side.FACT.

My introduction into the leg shaving world was very similar and I didn't stop!

The real question is - why would you be training if you didn't need shaved legs?!
