No, but I wouldn't go outside when it's windy.

Judging by the number of computer games posts, I don't think he goes out much! 😉

Not with tiny legs like that...long levers are better!

One of my middling, low-explosive farts could launch you across the room. One of my larger curry-and-beer-fuelled megatonnage efforts would almost certainly put you into orbit

Yeah, BMI of just over 20 which is in the middle of the healthy weight range on the NHS web site.

I'm slightly shorter and a few pounds heavier (lost about 5 lbs since really putting in some effort riding tarmac the last few months). Makes a change to see fit and healthy people instead of all the wobbly soft podgers..

erm i'm not actually fit tbh 😳

due in part to ongoing fight with depression (have spoken about it here before) and erm laziness/insomnia,haven't ridden my ht offroad for over a year. and don't ride much at all nowadays (am trying to get some help for this now).

Don't go on a diet. Most people would lose weight, you'll lose a dimension.

I used to be an excellent combination of clinically underweight, and a bit podgy- every spare gram on my entire body was rammed into a pot belly, everything else was twiglets and drinking straws. A good look.

Raceface... You know what to do. The hardest part is getting out the door.
