how do the sizings of howies trousers cope with cyclists' thighs?
I am currently typing this whilst wearing a pair of 34"32" levi 501 jeans.... these are a loose, but not baggy fit around my thighs, but require a belt to stop them falling down because my waist is nowhere near 34".
I think I'm probably about 32" true waist... can I order the proper size howies trousers?

i found mine loosen up a bit with use and washing.
i've got some 30" that are slightly too tight to be comfy but they're loosing up nicely.
i'd say go for what you normally go for.
IME go for your "average"
Dave - I buy a lot of their jeans and am a 30" waist - I go for the looser fit and they seem to fit really well.
