[Closed] How to remove “Ads By Cheap-o”

I have searched for information on how to remove this toxic piece of adware, but after following the instructions a number of times, basically used every tool recomended CCleaner, Malwarebytes, Adwcleaner, Hitman pro, and also performing the manual removal steps it is still reappearing after the computer has been switched off. It appears as an extension in chrome that I have never added and Mrs. crmcc also says she has not added it. Has anyone else had this problem and successfully removed it? Give me a clue, what do I need to be rid of this infuriating little monster!!
