[Closed] How to put down a green house base and how?

Sorry another greenhouse question.

I always thought that the base would have to be concrete, meaning digging up the ground and lots of hard work, then noticed in the other grennhouse thread that people had used gravel.
How would I go about this? Or is there another type of base, that can be bought from a garden centre and erected on site.
Our garden isn't very accessible, so having cement or concrete delivered isn't easy.

Thanks.

The simplest way is to lay breeze blocks on sand in the same shape as the base of the greenhouse. Then lay a row of slabs up the middle to walk on. This leaves two patches of earth that you can either plant in or cover with gravel and lay gro-bags on and then build some slatted shelving over to hold more plants.

You do not need concrete for the floor, but on the two I've put up I've used concrete to support the base frame. No need for concrete all the way round. Just did a shallow trench where the frame will be, then dig holes at the 4 corners and halfway along the longest side to support the frame. Put concrete in the holes to support the key points of the frame and use the stuff you dug out of the trench to cover in the rest. Will ensure you don't get future movement, or taking off in high winds
