[Closed] How to make a DVD that shows pictures and some video

I have some photos and some bits of video I would like to send to Grandparents on a DVD. How do I get them from the PC onto a DVD so it plays in a regular DVD player?
Any help out there please?

Moviemaker in windows , add the pics and vids, plus the music, then export it as a DVD, it'll then transfer to windows DVD maker and burn the DVD . Fairly simple, but decent results.

Likewise, on a mac iMovie and iDVD do the same
