My dad died in November 2007.One insurance policy he had was with Zurich which was paid out promptly .Savings bond rather than insurance.Just had a letter apologising for wrong calculations and please accept cheque for £102.81p and they were sorry for any inconvenience caused.They didn't have to do that i would have been none the wiser so fair play and thankyou.
