I’ve been told that I keep playing with it ‘I’ll go blind’ or worse still ‘it’ll fall off’, Does anyone have any experience of either of these happening and if so what are the limits?

i think it fell off but i had already gone blind so i couldn't make a visual confirmation

been on beta blockers for a month.
not had 'wood' for a month..............so i have no idea.
