I need a single garage building on the side of my house. I'm going to be using it for bikes (surprise,surprise) but needs to be big enough for a small car and a little clutter, I'm thinking brick built 3.5m x 5m (ish) with a pitched roof, electric and plumbing.
Has anyone recently had anything similar built? What rough cost should I expect?
I completely understand that prices are going to vary massivly depending on the circumstances, but any input would be helpful.

there was a thread on pistonheads about this kinda thing. I seem to remember 15-20k was the figure in the south east
