Having never been there, and planning on taking it in on the way down from Scotland to Manchester tomorrow, just wondering how exposed the route is?
Is is like Glentress/Kirroughtree with sections in the trees, or is it really quite out in the open.
Its going to be cold tomorrow, but just wondering what its like out on the trail?
Any pointers would be great thanks.

Bit like Glentress. Some in trees, some out. Will be fine.

What time do you expect to be passing through?
Think cafe is on winter hours ie closed 😐
Ae is however open if you fancied that instead?
