Obviously I have pressed log out.
When i go back to the amazon page all my details are still there and you just press log in.
As it's off to the computer man I'd really like to be properly logged out.
On a mac book pro and I've not ticked keep me signed in.

What browser are you in?
If you choose one of the clear history options that should do it.

Sounds like you have the browser set to AutoFill your user name and password for you.
Which browser is it?
