Weird question I know.
I'm trying to contact a German friend who is curently in the UK but I only have his German mobile.
His number is +49151544***** (I;ve starred out the end of his number)
Do I drop the +49? Do I need to add something else in there?
I've tried a few combinations and can't get it to work?

dial the full international number just like above (press and hold 0 usually to get a + or replace the + with 00)
