Up here in the Kingdom, it was sapphire blue.

Agreed.

my mate has just sent me a link to some photos he took on a microlight flight, round the Forth estuary by the looks of things, which was on Sunday past.

Absolutely stunning..

my mate has just sent me a link to some photos he took on a microlight flight, round the Forth estuary by the looks of things, which was on Sunday past.

He may have passed above us when we were on the summit of Benarty Hill.

That's where my first two pictures were taken looking over Loch Leven towards the Bishop Hill which we also rode over earlier.

The last picture with the tankers on the Forth is near Kirkcaldy looking over towards the Bass Rock in East Lothian.

He's normally resident in the Kingdom as well, Dalgety Bay.

It looks a whole lot different from up there.

Nearly forgot, we stopped off at the café at the glider field at Portmoak. A bowl of hearty Chorizo, tomato and bean soup, a rustic roll, coffee and millionaire shortbread, all for under £5.
