My house insurance was due for renewal today. Like many of us I'm with M & S. I got some other prices on Go Compare and noticed that M & S was coming up considerably cheaper than my renewal price. I know this is pretty common in the crazy world of insurance, but one phone call later and I got my renewal over 40% cheaper than they first quoted!!!
I'm delighted and infuriated...but mostly delighted 🙂
