Why?

Kept dreaming last night then waking up. On falling back off the dream continued.

Too much cheese and red wine probably but Jeebus - it freaked me out.

(Basically I had to die and my father in law had to arrange the death (through force-feeding water to me so I would drown), I had to say goodbye to all my family / friends at a 'party' before the event).

Sounds like horrible dehydration.

I had a very restless nights sleep last night. Kept having a recurring dream that I built a new 26 inch steel hardtail and then rode a 29er version and realized I'd made a terrible mistake.

I blame STW forum. I never had dreams like that before I came on here. I'd have been happily riding around on whatever bike I had at the time without worrying about whether it was niche enough, had the right size wheels etc

My son had a cold at the start of last week and kept waking up in the night with nightmares.

He gave me the same cold and I've had some really vivid, strange dreams for the last few nights.

There is all manner of tosh spoken about dreams. As I understand it everyone dreams every night but we rarely remember them. Just seems odd that this bug has affected me and the lad the same way re dreams. I very much doubt the bug is affecting how we dream but how we sleep. Or it could be complete coincidence.

Strangely enough I had a very vivid and disturbing dream last night. I won't go into details but the key words were 'tramps' and 'bestiality' 😯

This occasionally happens to me. Always zombie dreams, too. More often than not I come down with a cold a few days later.

I have this theory that if I manage to topple the majority of zombies in dreamland, the virus was weak and my body dealt with it...

Used to have one as a kid where I had some trainers that would allow me to jump really high. Loved that one.

Another one where I was stuck in some kind of cavern and had to get between the crags and crevices and that used to shit me up pretty bad.

I always feel really good after a vivid dream for some reason, whether the dream was good or bad.
