Hello, tasty bail a couple days ago left me with among other things a lot of skin removed from my knee. its fairly deep and say a couple inches square inc. a deep channel where some concrete bit me.
Seems clean, doesnt hurt etc so not infected but it just wont scab up, any tips on getting it to dry up and scab?
Go and get a proper dressing on it.

or try some spray plaster stuff to seal it up - I loves the stuff 😯
if it's as deep as you say you may need a trip to casualty or GP for further attention

Sounds like a good idea to me.........once he's whipped your testicles off, you won't feel such a strong urge to go out and do dangerous stuff.
You'll probably just want to stay at home curled up in front of the fire 💡
post-op wound dressings work a treat, failing that ladies pads for that certain time of the month absorb all the goop and help it heal/dry out nice and fast industrial quantities of sudocrem to finish and hey presto.
Don't use any savalon etc... if you are using a proper wound dressing as they are designed to help healing without it and it can all get a bit mungy.
if you ever just have a big flap hanging off gentamicin powder and superglue always worked on climbing and mountaneering trips 😀
not that I ever fall off or get epic gravel rash or anything 😳
