Cheers all. Believe it or not I'm actually enjoying just riding at the moment be it the MTB or road bike.
Codeine fits fine as does the road bike. Sort of realised I was looking into stuff like frame sizes etc far more than I ever needed to.
If I've offended you on here over the past few years then I'm sorry.

Good to hear someone actually riding their bike as I've been slack and tired recently not to mention pissed that weather keeps slashing it down making trails too greasy.
I believe I've become a fair weathered cyclist now

Ah yes the 5 spot..... That's where it all went wrong from there on in
