Fried crickets, mmmm

What's with the massive media obsession with the Victorian period at the moment?

I would have preferred HB to do a straight documentary about victorian food as opposed to some sort of pointless sycophantic celebrity love fest.

Messing about like that, the bloke needs a slap.

Din't his restaurant have to close because people were getting ill?

Don't **** about with food, mate; just cook decent, tasty, healthy grub, not all this poncy rubbish.

Seriously, the bloke's a con-man.

It was fun. It was playing with food. Why not? No one's going to eat like that normally but it made me laugh and made me think.

Genius. He doesn't seem afraid to try anything. That has to be admired.

I watched his Perfect Christmas programme for the first time before Christmas. That convinced me he was a genius.

If you haven't eaten at his resturant you can't say he is mad...

His food is the most gorgeous food I have ever tasted, the guy is a genius.
Wish I had a fraction of his creativity with food.

yeah you can.
saying he is mad isn't necessarily saying that what he's doing is not brilliant; it's often said that most geniuses are pretty bonkers.
i don't need to eat his food to know that he is a crazy man. but i'm sure that the results, whilst not really what i'd eat personally due to my own dietary choices, are amazing.

he doesn't ride his bike on the pavement of fiddle with kids so he can't be that bad.
