[Closed] her majesties court on line

Just thought I'd like to post a huge 'thank you' for the advice recieved a few months ago on this forum. As a brief recap, I asked advice about taking my ex boss to a small claims court due to him owing me five grand, and my concerns that I had done this without anything being signed, etc. I was advised to try her majesties court on line, which I did, at the cost of £150.00. Anyhow, the b*****d has admitted he owes the money (after four years!) and is now paying back the full amount, albeit it on a monthly basis. Cheers, oh wisdomous forum gnomes!
