Call me a cynic but if I rent a terraced house in Bolton I could find a dozen Haitian children, keep them there and have a steady income from charitable donations for 'Boltons for Hiatians'.org?
I could then pay myself a salary to administer the fund and live happily ever after?

What happens as they get older? Hmmmm. I'd just pop back over the border, dump the older ones at the roadside with a bible stuffed in their hands then drive round looking for more and 'collect' (buy) more Haitian 'orphans. Genius.
