This could be a easy fix hopefully, at work whenever we are writing an email there is a paragraph symbol, which looks like a backwards p and a line in bold type together when we hit return and every time we hit space a . appears. This does not get sent with the email but its just a pain in the arris! What do we do to change this as we are all computer numpty's. Cheers in advance.
We tried all that and still no joy!! It does not have the option to show/hide but just a box at the side of the paragraph symbol to check or uncheck which we have done but the bloody symbol is still on when typing. Any other suggestions please. Do we have to save the new settings anywhere to make it work etc? Cheers.
