The brake pads on my front disc point inwards (at least on one side) to form a slight v-shape. There's more daylight between the pads at one end, less at the other and my wheel does not turn freely. (I've changed pads, no help)
I've tried removing the pads, pushing back the pistons, I've also tried adjusting the alignment with the adjusting screw. All to no avail.
Brakes otherwise feel fine. Not 'squidgy' or anything.
Any ideas for problems/solutions? I dont fancy spending #25 of my finest on a bleed when it probably wont do a damn thing.
Thanks,
Crazybrab
Tried resetting the pads with that silly red plastic spacer you usually throw out? Spaced my pads and now no rub hurrah- make sure the pads are fully pressed back in and then reset. 20ml syringe and some aquarium tubing hey presto one bleeding kit, do it from the bottom up much better/easier.
