I was wondering if those of you with kids, could possibly help me...?

I need to write a quiz for children under 12 for our Autumn Fete, and I need about 25 - 30 questions.

Now I don't have kids (yet) so I have very little idea on the type of questions that I need to ask, they obviously have to be clean, a mix of general knowledge, current affairs, TV/music/pop culture questions...

Any ideas?

If Cathy had an ounce of bush and smoked 3/8ths over the weekend how much has she got left? And based on her weekend consumption how long will the remaining bush last her?

LOL - love some of these, will have to obviously censor a few of them, but keep them coming.

I had started with what was Postman Pat cat's name?

Then realised that most under 12's probably wouldn't have a clue (I feel old!)

I know the answer to that one!

A woodchuck would chuck as much wood as a woodchuck could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood

What is the age range?

You could do some 'fill in the blanks' too - these would be easier for younger kids...

Such as
Complete these children's programme titles
In The _____ Garden
Peppa ______
Grandpa In My ______

The age range is about 6 - 12, I wanted to aim it more at the kids so the parents couldn't help out too much, but I guess if you have little ones, you know about all these shows

MF - ok I can get the first one - what the the others?
(and why do I keep thinking Grandpa in my pants?)

You do have to be careful with this. I watched University Challenge last night, and the answer to one of the bonus questions was Fru T Bunn who is of course from Viz. But none of the spods had a clue.

On second thoughts, perhaps not.
