A colleague is doing the Great North Run later in the year and he's letting everyone who sponsors him choose a track for him to listen to on his MP3 player on the way round
So I need suggestions for some mind numbing torture music. I'm not talking about the usual Mr Blobby, The Birdie Song or some such. It could be classical, it could be 30 minutes long, I don't know. I'm hoping for something that only the twisted hive mind of STW can come up with! 😈

ostensibly numerous songs across two EPs, but on my cd it's all one track (i like to think they did that deliberately to be arseholes)
p.s. i enjoyed that he-man one, possibly 10 hours (and without being able to watch the video) would be a bit much though.
