Hi all I'm asking for help from anyone who could recommend a frame manufacture in the UK that is willing to help a paraplegic wheelchair user create a prototype frame that he has designed. He is funding the project himself, with not much money at the mo. He is looking for cheap as possible & just needs a good frame. Once the prototype has past some tests he is aiming to get 10+ frames.
If anyone has any info to help then please let me know

How much money does he need to do it on say, fully paid basis or a discount ? Asking as a crowd sourced page may get the money in ?
