Slim I Know!
Had a customer return some good to us from the Channel Island and it's stuck in customs. We're getting bogged down in C88 and CEI forms. No VAT and no duty to pay. Tearing what little hair I've got left out!
Can anyone help?

l live in jersey just had same issue with 2 items instead of a 3 day turn around its taken 2 weeks , phoned customs and they very unhelpful and rude ... tossers !! its a big problem here they stopping loads due to vat crap !
