Hi, I have a Western Digital "My Passport for Mac" external drive that I have used for back up. Yesterday morning it was still turning, but unreadable. Any experiences of recovery or date and who to use? Thanks

Ontrack. Expect to pay about a grand.
If you use it for backups, surely you still have the source data? Why bother?
