Today has been terrible! Full on itchy eyes, runny nose, hay fever in the winter?? Took a tablet and lowered the symptoms, anyone else struggle today or just me and my stupid allergies!
Yep, me too. Just cycled home from work and got itchy eyes and can't stop sneezing. Been like it most of this week.

My oh is laughing at me, hayfever in the cold! luckily still have my prescription meds from last year, I always get it early season but never this early!
We live quite close to an industrial estate so put it down to that, as I was ok until we moved. Pollen count is back to low tomorrow so hopefully ok this weekend.
I react to a number of tree pollens ...Hazel, Willow and most of all Birch. as a result my hayfever starts late Jan and end around June.... if there are catkins I need medication.
I you are reacting now there is a chance you may also have a number of food allergies as well.
Look up food pollen allergy sometimes called oral allergy syndrome.
Well, there were honey bees out on my heather plants earlier today, so there must be pollen of some sort about.

It’s worse than hay fever as the trees seem to pollinate at differing times depending on what tree it is so you can suffer longer.

My hayfever starts this time of year. After a recommendation on here from someone, I tried Telfast, prescription only if I remember correctly. It's been a bit of a game changer for me, not stopped it completely, but 10 times better than anything else I've ever tried, and I've tried all sorts over the past 40 odd years. Give it a whirl, you never know.
