pbs space time utube channel gives a good background to this kind of stuff for the hard of thinking of us 🙂 (what we've manage to discover about the nature of the universe(s) in such a short period of time is quite staggering) IIRC there one space time vid about whether the "anomaly" in CMB was our universe colliding with another.
