Wow...

"Can you really lose 100 pounds without using exercise, upgrade your IQ by more than 12 points, and stay healthy by sleeping less than 5 hours? It took more than 15 years and $300,000 to learn how to reach the Bulletproofยฎ state of high performance. And itโ€™s all here on the blog for you."

That's some really high grade bollocks right there. Bollocks like that doesn't come cheap.

edit: holy shit, $19 for some generic bulk roasted coffee beans.

Coffee with unsalted butter and a bit of coconut oil is really, really nice. I wanted it to be rank but it's not. Not sure about the rest of it, that does sound bollocks. It helps to use a blender to make it otherwise the emulsion separates quite quickly.

I know quite a lot about this. Ignoring the butter stuff, his coffee is superb and he's an unbelievable geek when it comes to bean quality. He's obsessed with micotoxins which he claims are bad for coffee. His stuff comes from one source only and is "clean". He's actually a really interesting guy and I've listened to many podcasts with him.

You'd bloody hope so considering he's pitching it against all but the absolute most expensive coffees from the most "geeky" micro-roasters around for a product which has travelled halfway round the world since it was roasted and about which you know bugger all - single origin coffee is hardly a novelty.

Add to that the fact that he's selling it as a panacea off the back of some massively dubious "sciency" sounding claims about toxins and it's a ridiculous product.

I force fed my moggy a Jar of cheap coffee, he produced coffee pellets that once blended, tasted exactly like the really expensive stuff!
