I have been getting loads of spam of late coming to my email account. Its not the usual penis extension et al but the majority are mail responders that looks like have been sent email from my domain.
On the responders it gives an email address of awedwouh@MYDOMAIN.co.uk or other random address which clearly isn't me or the address I use
Any ideas? I've tried changing all the relevant passwords including my googlemail email address which I use to push my domain emails from my iphone
mmmm may have part solved this. On my domaain I can set [cathchall] to be delivered to a blackhole. This would stop anything thats not addressed to my main emailing being sucked into the ethos. Is this a good thing to do? it will stop all the chuffing auto responders but might miss an email that someone has typed the address slightly wrong...
Although this still doesn't stop whoever/whatever is is sending randomized emails from my domain
