Hmmm, squaddies get to camp 2 on Everest expedition apparently organised/run by commercial outfit and then fail story. Yes I know they have been injured but it would be a complete non event without HRH's involvement.
For context, it was reported at the end of the prog '500 people summited Everest in 2012'. This during the season the above squaddies baled as it was 'too dangerous'....
No offence intended to any squaddies, amputees or HRH lovers. Just think it was a sh1t film about very little.
500 able bodied experienced climbers scaled Everest but some injured service personnel with missing limbs, parts of their lungs shot out couldn't manage it but give it their all. I wonder how many able bodied experienced climbers failed to reach the summit too. Fantastic effort from all those involved and the awareness raised for those injured in the conflicts of Iraq and Afganistan
