less than two months into marriage and the wife has already forgotten my birthday, i was downstairs having a coffee when her alarms started going off at 5:45, for the next 20 minutes all i heard was different alarms.... went upstairs to check on her and she was having an alarm party trying to find one that'd wake her up better.
i accused her of having an alarm party without me on my birthday, it was only when i said birthday that she remembered lol

our walls are near enough soundproof between neighbours, next door has new baby and they've apologised so many times about the noise at night but can't hear a thing!
