Montane minimus is a great bit of kit. They also have a few older smock jackets - with toggle not zip - fir daft cheap. I think it was a 'Aero', but not sure.

Vaude Skyfly is a minimalist jacket (no pockets or hood) but is waterproof, very breathable, and cheaper than a lot of other lightweight waterproofs. I've also found it pretty hard wearing for a lightweight.

Very happy with my Berghaus Vapourlite Smock.
Packs down the the size of a tennis ball and weighs nothing

I use a Montaine Featherlite smock, really pleased with it. It dries really quickly and packs down small

Quite a long way from being waterproof. Not even particularly water resistant.

I have a berghaus vapourlite smock too, it's bonkers light and packs tiny, less than many windproofs

Cut fairly slim so ok on the bike but it has a hood (which you can tuck away) so might not be great if you're wanted the roadie look
