Just bought some haddock for our tea - anyone got any tasty recipes they want to suggest?
Thinking of a creamy/ cheesy type sauce with thinly sliced roasted potatoes.

Mornay? A cheese([url= http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mornay_sauce ]wiki for posh cheese sauce[/url] ) sauce poured over the fish in baking tray then into the oven for a bit.
