His dogs attacked and chased mine. Whilst looking for my dog I found him kicking his dog. I told him I'd kick him if he did that again. Blah blah predictable blah from him. He bundled his dogs into a car. I took a picture of his reg plate as I hadnt found my dog and was worried she was injured ( dogs are expensive to repair). He got out of the car with a fire extinguishers and threatened me. All happend in front of witnesses.

So what would have happened if he had accepted?

Queensbury rules, obviously.

Yeah I am sure he would really regret bruising his knuckles on your face.

Witnesses and the car reg number would have certainly helped his regret levels.

You "threaten" violence, and he wins at the consequent slapfest, not sure your on particularly solid legal ground there.

Threaten violence or try to stop a crime being committed using non violent means? Maybe you would have just walked on MSP. Thats your choice I suppose.

Well done AA, someone willing to take a few slaps to teach this arsehole a lesson, more than most would do on here I think!

is that true
If you ask if they want to fight and they say yes then you can just hit them?
Will screaming " DO YOU ****ING WANT SOME THEN EH ?" do

I thought you had to wait [ or be very scared/sure you were about to be hit]

Its purely academic that i ask this so if this ever happens to me it is a mere coincidence , your honour

Would I have walked on? I don't know without knowing what really happened, we are only getting, at best, a very one sided story, and you are already contradicting yourself.

I may have been being a little flippant with the available defences!

(It's more for sport really - rugby, boxing and so on. But not, famously, deviants nailing each other's cocks to the table).

I think you misunderstand the meaning of the word 'slightly'.

Why are animal huggers alway so vitriolic?

If my monkey was naughty, I'd certainly spank it.

That's why your monkey looks like a baboons behind.

The RSPCA will be with you shortly.

I imagine the uniforms will make your menagerie feel all tingly.

Good for you. I have had many a word with dog owners in similer situations. Come to think of it, i've had a few words with parents smacking the **** out of their kids in supermarkets too.

What hope do the dogs or kids have when you have parents like that.
