Morning all
As per the title, looking for somewhere nice to stay in the Gower for one or two nights. Preferably a secluded little cottage with a beach view!

if anyone can recommend a great hotel, campsite, b&b or whatever that would be fantastic

Cheers

Pete

i would recommend http://www.kingsheadgower.co.uk/

their microbrewery ales are outstanding. the pub/hotel bit is nice or they do have more secluded self catering cottages dotted about too. beer festival this weekend too 🙂

I can strongly recomend the Penrice Estate, just up from Oxwich. they've got a load of great cottages. whole family (11) stayed in a couple of them last year. good value to I seem to remember.

Either way enjoy, it's a beautiful place!

I second the Kings Head, try the Gower Gold if it's on, that's a good pint, they do a pretty good meal too. There are some lovely walks down there.

Just returned from a really fun stay at this place

Basic but really cosy and peaceful. The hut is not overlooked at all and has amazing views from NE across the island. Definitely recommended if anyone wants to escape with the missus for the weekend!
