I find it difficult to present any kind of argument to that statement. Add CD prices double what you pay online, and a very limited range of titles, it's a wonder anyone bothers to go through the doors.

I used to go through the doors every time I was in town. Scan the DVD boxed set prices (nothing compelling), see if a couple of bands I liked had anything in the racks (rarely/never), and ponder the android tablets (discounted but still overpriced Arnova/Archos tat).
Then walk out the other doors.
No great loss, save but to the staff.
