[Closed] Google ad-words - does it work?

If you don't really keep on top of it it's a great way of spending money for no reward. You have to stay on top of the search terms it's picking up, use negative keywords, geolocation (carefully), ad scheduling & position targetting and then track the behavoir of the visitors it's getting to see how many of them actually turn into customers. Might be better off just spending the money on good old SEO anyway as (from what I've read) people are more inclined to click organic links than paid links anyway.
