Will be sleeping uncomfortably cuddled up to my bike in the back of a Ford Transit Connect this weekend.
Can anyone recommend some nice spots where I won't awake to find the Old Bill tapping on the window, the locals building a wickerman, or wondering whether that really is seagull poo on the windscreen?
Somewhere Dolgellauish would be perfect.
drive toward coed y brenin, just after the last village(with public toilets) before you get to coed y brenin (coming from doll) turn right, follow the road, eventually you get to a small carpark thats on the coed y brenin trails(directions sound vague but makes sense when you drive it). ive slept there lots of times. also stayed in main coed y brenin carpark lots of times.
Ta. Assumed kipping at CYB would be out of bounds!
Have also kipped near the narrow bridge at CYB too - where the trails cross the river and turn up the road.
Beautiful. Suspiciously tidal looking, though...
