But how is the boot? Will my camelbak podium bottle fit in the doorcard?

I spent a little time looking at a 350bhp Legnum when I was shopping for a "sensible estate" and ruled it out as being silly. But now I realise it was in fact completely sensible, positively slow in fact.

tell him no problem - as long as he foots the purchase & insurance difference between the brabus and a focus

Have you seen the price of S/H V10 M5 Estates now.......

I don't do many miles now and I`m seriously tempted ๐Ÿ˜€

The 335D estate is comedy already, but its still a diesel ๐Ÿ™

Legnums are lovely cars NW. But they are a little thirsty and can be expensive to sort.
If you have one with AYC god does it fly round corners!
I nearly bought one, but couldnt justify the cost of running one, got a V6 Sport which was lovely.

I'm smiling at the thought. No I'm now embarrassed about the wet patch between my legs.

Not a Mercedes fan. Would rather have normal estate car and a proper sports car anyway.

Nice, I used to have an RS4 Avant until recently (a pathetic 414BHP, compared to the Merc).

Super-bonkers cars are great for a while, but for 95% of the time I found myself wishing the RS was a bit more comfy and didn't drink fuel at such an alarming rate. I miss the noise though - my neighbour 3 doors down mentioned how it made the street rumble when I started it up.

@Northwind, I believe that, as an E-class, the boot is massive (690 litres or sommat), and also comes with a handy 7-seat option...

EDIT: Quite clearly - Want.

I think I'll stick with my 535D estate. 350bhp is more than enough to lose your licence with.

I really want a silly fast estate. The closest I am likely to be able to afford is a Focus ST. Should still be fast enough to get the mrs shouting at me.
